In 2018, Lincoln reached out to attain a deeper picture and understanding of the customer’s needs and behaviors, and to build a set of Experience Themes that would be the foundation for the Lincoln Nautilus feature set.

  • Translate findings into new experience themes and identify actionable vehicle implications.
