UA: MUSIC FOR THE MASSES
In the fall of 2019, I had the chance to dive into a new Universal Audio (UA) project. UA, originally founded in 1958, has a legacy of creating iconic music studio devices.
I had to incorporate classic design elements while still giving the product a fresh and contemporary look. The use of authentic materials combined with a restrained color palette adds some warmth and premiumness to the minimalist enclosure.
The Volt product line launched in 2020 to wide acclaim.
